Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with the attached ticket. Only one post-purchase action (exchange or return) is allowed per order.
Note: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. Items with damaged or altered packaging are not eligible. -
Procedure:
To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer service team via social media within the 14-day window. Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.
Note: Sale items and purchases with discount codes are not refundable. -
Fees:
A fee of 60 EGP applies to all return and exchange transactions to cover processing and handling. -
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. -
